By accessing velaxon.in or engaging Velaxon's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velaxon.
Velaxon provides digital growth services including website development, Google Business Profile optimisation, website maintenance, and business intelligence. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements and proposals. These Terms govern use of our website; individual service agreements govern specific project engagements.
All services require a 50% advance payment before work commences. The remaining 50% is due on delivery or as specified in the individual service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are billed on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days. Velaxon reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work produced for the client becomes the client's property. Velaxon retains rights to underlying frameworks, code systems, and methodologies. Velaxon reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts. Delays caused by the client extend project timelines accordingly. Clients warrant that all content provided is owned by them or they have rights to use it.
Velaxon's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months. Velaxon is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or business interruption. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period (typically 3 months). No refunds are issued for completed monthly retainer periods.
You may not use velaxon.in for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to reproduce our content without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
