Most local businesses in tier-2 cities aren't competing for attention online — they're not in the running at all. No website, a broken one, or a Google Business Profile nobody's touched since it was created. That gap is the entire business.

Built a 200+ business database from the Google Places API across gyms, coaching centers, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, clinics, dentists, and salons — national chains excluded on purpose, since the pitch only works on independents.

• Five-tab Excel structure with an opportunity score and a website score per lead.
• Type A leads defined precisely: opportunity score ≥60 and website score = 0 — no site, high upside.

Took velaxon.in's own mobile PageSpeed score from 65 to 91 — because a growth agency selling site performance has to prove it on its own site first.

• Moved Google Fonts to a preconnect/preload pattern instead of a blocking import.
• Replaced Font Awesome with inline SVGs.
• Deferred the GA4 script with a 6-second timeout.
• Moved the case-study grid from inline styles to the stylesheet with proper responsive breakpoints.

Designed a 14-step lead-generation pipeline in n8n so discovery and scoring don't need a human at the wheel: Google PageSpeed API and Google Places API for sourcing and scoring, the Claude API for qualification, WhatsApp via UltraMsg for first touch, and Airtable to hold it all — roughly ₹1,050/month to run.
